    Grilled Fresh Okra

    "If you like fried okra, but are trying to cut back on calories and fat, you'll love this recipe," writes Caryn.

    It's simple, but very tasty.

    Ingredients

    • Enough pods of fresh okra to serve everyone around your table
    • Olive oil
    • Salt

    Directions

    Skewer several fresh pods of okra on kabob skewers. Brush with lightly with oil and sprinkle with salt. Grill on both sides until lightly marked. Eat hot off the grill with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
