    Amish Wings

    Cheryl, of Cedar Grove, IN, is ready to feed a crowd with this wings dish that yields about 50 pieces.

    Ingredients

    • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    • 2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    • 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
    • 2 tsp. paprika
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • ½ tsp. pepper
    • ½ cup butter
    • 4 pounds chicken wings

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a shallow baking pan with foil. Combine Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir mixture well. Melt butter in a shallow bowl. Dip each wing in butter, roll in the cheese and seasoning mixture, and arrange in the foillined pan. Bake for 1 hour. Yields about 50 pieces.
