Its really quite simple. These shirts are absolutely the best in ALL categories/ Fit, appearence, and especially wear. Had 1 that only just started wearing out after 7 years. The only pocket short sleeve shirts I wear.

i've been buying these shirts for years, and still have the first one . i'm a heavy equipment operator and they seem to last forever. no tears or shrinkage,alot of stains but they are the only shirt i wear!

I have been an avid Carhart t-shirt wearer for several years. I have especially enjoyed the henley style as it gives the feel of more breathing room around the neck. The material weight is heavy enough for an abusive work environment, yet just light enough to breathe in the heat of summer. The comfortable length allows my shirt to stay tucked in and not show off a plumber's crack. The only place that carhart drops the ball is on the pocket placement. As a cabinetmaker, I use my pocket to hold pencils and notes. But the location of the pocket is too high to be called comfortable. Sometimes the pencil or pen will actually poke me in my neck if a bend over a certain way. That is not comfortable.
I hope the folks at Carhart are looking at this and taking notes. Lower the pocket about an inch and a half and it would work (and look) a lot better.
