Staying Warm Now That I own A CE Schmidt Work Vest

Wow, it just snowed here in Kansas City today and I went to Tractor Supply for other things. Ended up seeing the heavy cotton duck, CE Schmidt, work vest on sale... and just had to try it on. Darn... it felt it good, was warm, has inside zippered pockets, less money than Carhart and ended up in my shoppin cart before I knew it!!!
I ended up wearing it out the store and wore it while snow-blowing the driveway.
The only thing I think I am not sure off is if the fabric is stain resistant or waterproof in anyway.... I may end up spraying it with some repellant to ensure it stays cleaner longer and repells water when wearing it outside... but other than that.... the zipper and stiching seem very sturdy and well made.
The extended tail helps keep your kiddney area warm when bending over as well.
I would highly recommend.

This is a great vest. It is so comfy, and the size is perfect. I would put it up against Carhartt anytime. I wish I would have bought this before, but just did. it will get a lot of use
