Good for winter
Date:February 7, 2010
Used primary for use in fields cutting grass, trees and digging ditches. Both did crack in 2 places each after 2 years of use. They could still be used in dry conditions. The liners will flatten so don't buy them loose.
My husband had a pair of these a number of years back. He wore them so much that they wore-out. (after MANY years of use) We have been looking for a new pair since. Finally found them here. We now bought a pair for him and my son. Getting them these was better than Christmas at our house they are thrilled. Love that you can remove the insulated liner for drying in the case you fall in a pond and get them soaked, which is about the only way your feet will get wet in these. They come up higher than other boots and have a drawstring that keeps water and everything else out. Great for cold & warm weather. No need for 2 sets of boots. Just remove the liner for summer, and put it back in for winter. Feet are never cold or wet.

AWESOME Boots
Date:February 4, 2010
I live in Michigan and not until I purchased a pair of these Ranger boots have I found a pair of work boots that keep my feet dry and warm. These are the greatest. They have taken a beating (cleaning stalls, cleaning pastures, etc.) and are still going strong. I would recommend these to anybody that spends time in these awful Midwest winters.
