The Hobart AirForce 250ci plasma cutter is powered by standard household current and comes ready to cut right out of the box - just pull the trigger. The built-in air compressor and lightweight inverter design make this plasma cutter the most convenient, totally portable cutting system available. Compared to the complexities of an oxy-fuel cutting torch system, plasma cutting is easy:

Not what I expected

It didn't work up to my expectations. Maybe I was expecting too much. Cuts slowly, blows the breaker. Stopped working after 3 months. Tracter Supply was very helpful, and a great store. This is a Forney product. OK Hope this helps someone. Good Luck.

Excellent for Small Jobs

The 250 CI works really good for applications up to 1/8, anything larger than that it will cut, but is a bit slow. I use it for autobody and it workks great in this application. Furthermore, being 110 offers unmatched portablity compared to the larger units.

Makes life so much easier!!!!

I purchased this recently working on a trailer project it makes life so much easier. You do have to take it slow but it cut through 1/4 steel without any problems I have never used one before this one so I have nothing to compare it to but it worked on everything I needed to cut old bolts leaf springs and so on. Just bring it home plug it in and you can start cutting!!! It does everything it claims!! Thanks Again to the Zephryhills store staff for all the help!!!!
