Good investment

My 5' x 8' trailer is easy to move around on a paved surface. The jack is convenient for storing the trailer vs resting the tongue on blocks. If I do not want to unload the trailer immediately, then I can simply jack it up with the crank, disconnecting it from the hitch. Installing it is easy, but I would have liked to receive some instructions with tips and advice.

Trailer Jack
Date:September 8, 2011
I received this trailer jack very quickly and in good condition. It was easy to install and has a rugged appearance that shouldn't fail like my previous jack. I look forward to testing it out and seeing if the quality holds up.

While similar to many other simple tongue jacks, this one has one feature not found on most others -a grease fitting to lube the gears. This may seem minor, but others I have seen (and used) have a hole, or slot, or something like that, and it allows sand/water/dirt/etc into it. This one seals it, but still allows for lubing.
As far as installation, couldn't be much simpler: Pick your spot, and clamp on.
I plan on getting another one for one of my other trailers soon.
