Was easy to install but i had to drill out the welded nuts on my 1992 chevy truck. No problems, fews days after installing it i pulled a 16 foot livestock trailer.

Not as easy to install as described.

It is a quality piece, it's just not as easy to install as they'd have you believe.
A few notes to consider: 1) The directions do not list deep-well sockets but you will need one unless, I assume, your install requires all of the 3/8" spacers.
2) One of the 15/16" bolts is simply unreachable using a torque wrench. This is due to the shape of the bracket. It would have worked without the deep-well socket but the bolt is too long for the short socket.
3) It is not a simple bolt-on install for all trucks (including my 2000 GMC 2500 classic body). Removal of weld-nuts and reaming holes is necessary.
Total install time: 3.5 hours (including a 30 minute drive to buy a 15/16" deep-well socket.
