I own one of the larger tool chest with same drawer sliders. If you do not like the "snap" action of the drawer take out the drawer and remove the plastic/rubber piece on each slider and then reinstall the drawer. I prefer not having the snap action.

Decent Toolbox

This is a good toolbox if you're more interested in organization rather than total storage capacity... I had a standard toolbox with a lift-out tray and I was tired of the hassle of trying to find a specific socket / wrench / etc. buried in the bottom or hiding in the tray somewhere.
This toolbox gives me the ability to organize my tools much better and be able to find things quickly...
Pros: Quality construction, and it even includes the tray liners!
Cons: The drawers "snap" into place when you push them closed, and requires quite a firm push to get them seated. Also, if you leave the clasps open, they interfere with closing the top drawer so you have to keep them closed when the top is open.
Overall, a quality tool box!

This toolbox is wonderful. It holds so much of what I need and even full is fairly easy to carry for a woman. I appreciate having something like this around the house when I am doing my repairs, everything is in one place and I don't have to hunt for it. The top lid portion is very handy for tools I use all the time and the drawers, even when loaded, slide out and in very smoothly. I like the fact that the bottom drawer is a bit larger i.e. taller, this is a great feature. I would suggest anyone that needs a toolbox for inside the house purchase this one.
