Blasting Hood

I occasional blasting on my driveway. This hood is much better than the light weight canvas ones that come with the small blasters. It’s comfortable, easy to put on and off and the fine screen over the viewing windows helps extend the life of the lens. I have not needed to replace mine yet. My only complaint so far is the snap between the hardhat bill and the hood keeps coming unsnapped, although this doesn’t really seam to affect anything.

This is the perfect hood for the do-it yourselfer

This hood is a pretty good purchase for the do-it yourself at home person. I had no problem with putting it on and taking it off even with heavy duty work gloves on. The downfall, I haven't been able to find replacement lenses for it. Still a good tool to have around the shop if you are doing any type of media blasting.
