great little axe

i purchased this little axe yesterday and could not be happier. the head of the axe is perfect and its sharp right from the store. some small axes have a too thick head that doesn't taper, not this one it tapers perfect and the handle is thick and strong. i highly recommend this axe, don't be fooled into getting a cheap fiberglass handle camp axe. they are not heat treated good, i know i made the mistake of getting one to save a few bucks. when the handle breaks thats it no replacement, and the heads chip easily, hickory handle last and if they do break replacements don't cost much. and this axe head is heat treated, i put it to the test today and it passed with flying colors. buy this camp axe you won't regret it, i promise.
