almost perfect

The quality of this compressor, tank and motor is the best. The unit does not come with any additional parts like vibration dampners, filter and regulator. I did not like the air outlet that is turned down at the top front. Seems like they would put it on the side to get it out of the way and so that you can add additional air sources in your shop with out discharge from the front. Looks horable. The unit is very quiet and does come with a quart of oil. So far, I give this unit 4.5 stars.

reliable product

this is a good product, very reliable, but wish I bought next size bigger. Compressor has a hard time keeping up with air powered grinder, but fine with die grinder, air ratchet, impact.

I bought this to replace a 20gal Horz unit. This unit builds up fast and reaches 135psi before shut off. I use it for air tools, sand blasting (intermittent), plasma cutting air supply, and just to blow the dust off everything. It works great and has a large reserve tank so cycle times are longer. I did have 1 problem as the pressure switch that starts the motor was broken when I bought this and 1 call to the 800 number to ingersol rand and I had the new switch the next day! No charge! Great comunication and very helpful service people. This is one of the largest makers of air compressors, how can you go wrong with that!!!
