Very time-consuming assembly and the pole from Heath that should fit this house requires cutting and drilling holes to make it work. Way too much time!!

Heath Purple Martin House - Lots of Parts!

First reviewer called it a bird feeder, I don't think so.
Its a purple martin nesting apartment. Received it for Christmas, nice gift. It was worse than putting kids toys together. There had to be about 50 nut and bolt connections to make for assembly. It took me about 90 minutes to put it together. Smaller hands would help.
I like the aluminum rust free construction but the nuts and bolts are steel so we will see how long they last.
Can't wait for April to put it out to get a house of mosquito eaters.
