Good Crate
Date:February 25, 2011
I bought this crate after going through several wire crates with my husky; she destroyed them all. I thought this one didn't have a chance but I was willing to give it a shot. This one worked and she liked being in it. We replaced our labs wire crate with one of these as well. They are only in them when we are not at home but they don't mind being in them.
There is a problem however with the latch. They probably were not made for everyday use so the springs and vertical bars that keep the door latched have all come off. The good thing is that the producer of the crate has replaced both doors for less than $20.
All-in-all, a very good investment. I would recommend.

How many times can it break?
Date:October 26, 2010
Got this for my 70lbs dog after he outgrew his old wire one. Now I'm starting to miss the old one. Bought it 3 months ago, the door broke after less than a month and of course I hadn't kept the receipt but they let me bring the door back and they swapped it out for me. Now I came home from work and went to let the dog out and it broke again. Last time, the springs shot out the ends, this time the whole latch came off the front. It's too late to call them tonight so I'm in a bind. I wonder how many doors I can go through in a year.
