Feeding instructions:
Doggy Bag™ Dog Food may be fed straight from the bag or moistened with water, for a variety. If moistened, achieve best results by mixing 6 parts dog food to 1 part liquid.
A dog should be maintained in good body condition and not allowed to become overweight. The food intake required to maintain good body condition will vary depending on age, activity level, environment and other stress factors. Consequently, the food requirements for each dog will vary, and should be adjusted accordingly. Use the chart as a guide.
Animal Weight/Size - Daily Amount
Up to 12 lb. - 3/4 to 2 cups
13 to 25 lb. - 2 to 3 cups
26 to 50 lb. - 3 to 4-3/4 cups
51 to 100 lb. - 4-3/4 to 7-1/2 cups
100+ lb. - 7-1/2 cups plus 3/4 cup for each 10 lb. of body weight over 100 lb.
