Great Pasture Mower
Date:September 5, 2010
This is an ideal mower for anyone who owns enough acreage to need more than a riding lawnmower, but not enough to need a tractor. We have 7.5 acres (5.5 of which is pasture). This mower does a phenomenal job of mowing tall weeds and mesquite trees. It's been able to handle anything I have enough power to pull it into (I pull it with a 24 hp riding lawnmower). There are two reasons, however, that I gave it 4 and not 5 stars. First, the tires went flat almost immediately. Honestly, given the conditions a mower like this is typically used in, the tires should come foam filled. I got mine foam filled and it's fine now. Secondly, the pulley assembly for the blade engager came apart during the first few hours I was using it. I couldn't get the blades to stay engaged. I also couldn't figure out how to access the cable pulley system. I took it in to a repair shop and they said one of the pulleys had completely separated from the mower. They fixed it and it has worked great ever since. Like other reviewers, I agree that the blade engagement cable is too short to keep it attached to my riding lawnmower. I have to clamp it to the brush mower and leave it back there. It's not a big deal, just kind of annoying. Given the hefty price tag, I would have expected to be able to avoid these problems, but once fixed, the mower has been fantastic. I did leave it sitting last season without using it and this season I couldn't get it to start. The carburator got clogged up with old gas sitting in it. I would just suggest running it for 10 minutes every month to avoid this problem.

Wonderful Product
Date:August 11, 2010
The mower takes everything I throw at it, multifloral rose everything even taller that the quad. Great for all the places that a tractor is to heavy or to awkward to go. Pulls extremely easy through everything. Only problem I have found is the controller that mounts to the quad is rather short. All in all I would highly recommend this product for anyone clearing fields or woods.

It Worked Great!
Date:July 8, 2010
It started right up out of the crate. I used it a full day mowing 3' tall grass & weeds around a pond and cleared some brush from and overgrown area. If you can run over it with the ATV, it will cut it.
I think the weakest part is the hitch & tow bar. The offset pin holes are already elongated and the metal is starting to look weakened on the tongue.

The Best on the Market except
Date:June 2, 2010
the cable from the blade control to the machine is to short. Go around a turn and you're going to break it or pull it loose. I had to add a platform attached to the back of my atv, projecting 6" back, in order to get enough slack in the cable to manuever.
A serious oversight by the designers.
