This chainsaw is a great product for the price. It has lots of power. Comfortable and easy to use and so far appears very dependable. I am glad I have bought this saw as my primary means of cutting logs for firewood.

This is my second Husky - bought the first one in '86 and it still runs. Thought long and hard about whether or not I really needed another saw but finally decided on the 455. I have been cleaning up downed pine trees and the saw is simply beautiful - even a 68-year-old can work with this one for long periods of time. And being a Husky, all you have to do is lay it on the wood and it takes over!

Cons: Starting
I've only used the saw twice. the second day, I was having starting issues and wasn't able to cut that day. i just watched the youtube video on starting the machine and found it very helpful. Can't wait to get back to my country place and give it a try. I think the instruction booklet could be dumbed down for those of us owning our first Husky. including better instruction on changing the chain.
