Blocks are way too soft

I don't know what American Stockman did to change their formula, but the blocks are way too soft. They are breaking up in the feed buckets so much, the horses won't eat their feed. I will have to figure out another way to provide salt to the horses.

I have two horses and both of them love it. I put one up in each stall and the horse licks it up.
