Ideal Animal Health Propylene Glycol is for use as an aid in prevention and treatment of Ketosis (Acetonemia). Complicating conditions such as milk fever, masitis or metritis must be treated separately. Ketosis is associated with one or more of these conditions. This product may be used in conjunction with medication intended for treatment of those conditions.
Administration: As a glufogenci agent for use in the treatment of acetonemia (ketosis) in dairy cattle, administer four to eight ounces twice a day for a minimum of 4 days as a drench.
