Great DeSkunker
Date:September 2, 2011
I have bought two of these and use them year round for washing my three Chow-Chows. They love to kill skunks even though they get sprayed in process. My mix of dishsoap, peroxide and baking soda to neutralize the odor is easily rescooped and rinsed over my dogs in these containers. They are large enough that these 70lb dogs are comfortable and thin enough not to create backaches. Even in winter, I have used these after warm nights and these nocturnal critters cause them cuddling problems. I never left full of water in winter to freeze and crack but after use inverting them makes a great grooming table for drying, brushing and grooming

Add a spigot and it's very versatile
Date:August 19, 2010
We bought this sturdy and economical tank about six months ago, added a spigot and hose and mix our liquid fertiizer and water in it for dispersal into the garden. Really saves us a lot of time. I'm going to run an experiment next year and use one for a raised pumpkin bed.
We love this tank because of its hardiness (certainly taken some abuse from us), but on the advice of the other reviewers, we may put it in the barn over the winter. : )

Good for what I use it for . . .

Not sure about how it does in the field, but I can tell you it keeps 8 cases of iced down beer cold for a long time. I cut 2" foam board as a lid. Great for picnics and summer gatherings where you don't want to borrow 10 coolers.
