Very helpful product and Tractor Supply

The first one that I purchased was the Little Giant Electric Heater Base. It worked fine for 3 months and then stopped working. Tractor Supply was very kind and replaced it with the current model that they are carrying, the Farm Innovators Heater Base. I am grateful to them. They didn't make the product but they stood behind the product that they sold. Thank you! The heater base is a great. It keeps the chicken's water from freezing.

bought this heater a couple years ago and have only had the waterer freeze up a couple times. That was because bottom of waterer and top of heater were not free of debris. Keep everything clean and she works great. Love not having to thaw out a waterer!!

Love this heater! This was the first winter we had chix. We had a lot of freezing days and snow this winter and didn't have to worry about my chix. They had water all winter long. Checked it the first couple of freezing nights and it was working fine. Didn't need to worry the rest of the winter.
