Worked great for me
Date:May 11, 2011
Bought this about a year back and used it to aerate my pond (the ponds are not real clean water). Run it almost day and night with no major problems. This year I started using it to irrigate my garden and the suction hose began to collapse and I could not get enough water to run the sprinkler. I went back and bought another suction hose - put it on and again it runs great. I plan to attach pvc pipe when the weather gets a little better to prevent this problem. It would be nice if you did not have to prime it every time but I can live with that.

Great Pump
Date:May 4, 2011
I have what was to be a dry basement. And with all the rain we have gotten in NNY my basement ended up with a little over 2” of water. Now seeing it’s to be a dry basement I don't have a hole for a sump pump, the first time it flooded I bailed it out with buckets and a shop-vac but by the third time I could not do that anymore. I visited central tractor and the gentleman there showed me this pump and what a great pump I have used it for hours on end and not one problem with it. Defiantly a back saver and time saver. There is nothing I could say bad about the pump it’s defiantly worth its money for sure. Hats off to the store and the employee for taking the time to find just what i needed.

Great Pump

I use this pump weekly throughout the summer primarily to circulate water to heat my pool and to boost water pressure to water my garden. I have an outdoor wood boiler which I use to heat the pool. I am able to set this pump next to the pool and pump water 100 feet to the boiler. After making the 200 foot journey the water blasts out of the end of the hose at about 180 degrees. This little pump can make my 40,000 gallon pool into a 40,000 gallon hot tub in under 48 hours. As for watering the garden, I run the hose from the well into a barrel, then suck the water from the barrel with this pump to run 2 sprinklers at once. The pressure directly from the well won't run both sprinklers. If there is any negative I'd only say it is a little loud.
