Prosoft compacted salt cubes are 99.8% pure salt and are virtually 100% water-soluble. This means your customers will have less brine tank clean outs and water softeners that operate longer at peak efficiency. With rust buster. Prosoft compacted salt cubes with the rust fighting additive help prevent iron and rust discoloration on sinks, dishes, toilets, cookware and laundry. It cleans iron-fouled resin beds, thereby increasing water softener efficiency. Prosoft's patented rust buster additive is ph neutral which lowers the risk of softener damage. Not all rust inhibitors can make this claim. Rust buster is considered non-toxic to septic tank bacteria and is recommended for iron levels over 3 ppm.
