I love it

Bought this stove to heat 800 sq ft house. I do have to leave the door slightly ajar to get it going good but I don' t consider that a big draw back. I love to watch the wood burn through the glass door. I'm very pleased with this stove and highly recommend it.

I Love This Stove

We purchased this stove as supplemental heat for our home. We love it. It keeps my home very warm and sometimes will almost run you out of the room it is in. It was very easy to install and was reasonably priced. We had looked at this stove at some hardware stores around our town and also off the US Stove website and TSC had it for a much better price. We also keep a ceramic coffee pot of water on top for a humidifier and just for fun my husband put my antique cast iron Iron on it to see if it would get hot enough to iron something and it did. I would reccomend this stove to others.

Good value for price and size

Had this stove for 1 week, replaced a Jotul 610. The only 2 issues I dislike are ineefective air damper which causes one to leave the door open a slight amount to allow sufficient air for combustion. After 1/2 hour or so the door can be closed and the unit will function well. (2) the blower fan is rather noisy (more than expected). I am, however, pleased overall with this stove. I paid $350, which was $150 off regular retail. At full retail I would have been disappointed.

Impressive
Date:January 4, 2012
I was a bit concerned about it being made in China but I have to say that this is one impressive little stove. We bought it to replace an old VC Reliant parlor stove that some one gave us that was just too small. We've been burning "Eco Blocks". They fit in the 1100 like they were made for each other and last all night. Last night it was 7 F outside & 87 F inside! Tractor supply had the best every day price on this stove but we saved even more because it was on sale. Great deal on a great stove.
