This product is worth it's price in gold. Does a great job keeping your brooder warm. I have used mine both inside and outside and have never had a problem with it. I would highly recommend this to anyone with chicks.

Used this to keep our baby chicks warm. Easy to clamp onto side of their cage and never overheated.

excellent lamp

We bought this lamp hoping that it would not heat up enough to burn our kids. We were really excited to find that even after days of constant use with a 250w bulb we could still touch the aluminum of the lamp without burning ourselves. This combined with the clip make this lamp the perfect choice for children level brooders!

The chickens love it.

This heat lamp is so good that i could by one for all my chickens. The thing never got to hot or caught on fire.It keeped the chickens warm at night and during the day.I still use the lampfor those same chickens.Their pullets now!!!!!
