48in drum fan by countyline

I have owned the 48" drum fan since Apr. 2009. The fan is now on it's third belt and second on off switch, neither part does tractor supply carry.The issue is the cost of the fan and it's unreliability for our farm. The belt is undersized for the fans friction load and the three position power switch burned up after 6 months operation, this fan should be upgraded or taken off the market.
