- Unique blend of rubber and reinforcing fibers provides strength and flexibility for a durable lasting waterproof seal, as well as superior crack resistance
- Exceptional adhesion to existing roofing, masonry, woo, and metal surfaces
- For roofs - seals worn out areas and leaves a tough, flexible black waterproof seal
- Great base coat for use prior to applying reflective roof coatings
- For foundations - weatherproofs, seals and preserves below grade surfaces including masonry, wood and metal
- Multi-use product that forms a tough rubberized seal on a variety of surfaces
