The Mighty Mule FM502 Heavy Duty Dual Swing Gate Opener is ideal for dual swing gates up to 18 ft. long or up to 850 lbs. (per leaf).

Trouble from the start

Date:January 7, 2012

I bought this opener just over a year ago, after a month or so i had sparadic problems with the exit wireless wand. I keep changing the battery but it keep happening. Ill take the blame for not returning it at that time, but it makes absolutly no sense to go buy another to replace while it was shipped away. Now the gate fails to work sometime even with the keypad or keybob. I have had professionals look at it to no avail so I know it was not the installation. Now I am off to buy a complete new unit
