Don't buy this fork
Date:January 11, 2011
This fork is very heavy. However, the fact that it is heavy is nothing compared to the fact that the tines are pretty much useless. After you pick a horse's stall the first few times you will notice that the tines get pushed way up into the half round metal bar which they are mounted thru. They are not welded. So, after a few uses, all the tines are different lengths and you get to spend all of your free time pounding the tines back in thru the half round metal so they are all the same length and you can actually snag a little something out of stall. This fork has potential for greatness if this problem were solved.

more a hindrance than a help
Date:February 9, 2010
I bought this fork even though it is heavier than the plastic forks because the plastic forks keep breaking. However, I found the metal tines on this fork bend so easily I spent more time trying to straighten out the tines than cleaning stalls. This fork is not worth the money.

Junk fork
Date:December 3, 2009
This fork is junk. If you use it to clean out a bird cage it will probably work. When used on horse manure the tines bend. The construction is cheap where the fork attaches to the handle.
