Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great. I've had mine since winter of last year and it works perfectly. The thermostat works just as it should and the fan is great for spreading the heat more quickly.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Just so people understand......If you are using it with propane gas.... be aware that that most units like this will not light and stay lit if the percentage of propane in yoour tank is too low. The gas pressure regulator is designed to operate at a certain pressure. When the gas in your tank is too low it will not light and will never light. It is a safety feature. I have read far too many reviews on various websites where people knock this brand and others. They most likely have not read the instructions regarding pressure requirements. Homeowners with natural gas don't have this issue because the pressure coming into your home is or is at least expected to be a constant which is supplied by the natural gas company. So if you have propane, I would recomend maintaining the level at least a 30% capacity if you wish items similar to this to operate without fault. This heater and similar models are very basic. I have installed at least a dozens of these types of heaters, both natural gas and propane and have never had an issue with any of them right out of the box. Just for thought......

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Procom I bought a 20,000 BTU RedStone heater that had been previously returned by someone (because it was the only one in stock at the time) to replace an old natural gas heater, but when I connected it the pilot light wouldn't light. I am pretty sure I know how to set one up as I have done it before, and I followed all the instructions. I took it back and got another that was new but got the same result. I called what Procom calls "customer service" multiple times and got busy signals. Finally I got through and was 17th in line. I waited for 25 minutes and it rang then the call dropped. I decided to give up trying to call them and emailed them for help. That was five days ago and still no answer from them. I tried to call again today and was 32nd in line so I gave up and took this one back too. I will never buy anything again that Procom is associated with. It seems the quality is questionable and their customer service stinks.
