Rated 4 out of 5 by from We purchased our Massimo about ten days ago. We really like it. The book states the gas gage registers green when full and goes to red/orange when gas is low. Our gage stays on the orange level (bottom level) on gas gage. We put 7 gallons of gas in. When we purchased it the low fuel was blinking, so we know that is working. The Tractor Supply staff could not help us with this issue. Does the fuel gage turn green when the Massimo HS 500 is full of gas?

Rated 4 out of 5 by from My Massimo I purchased my Massimo before Christmas of 2012. I had a Polaris Ranger 500 2003 and was ready to go new again. Firstly, my Polaris was great but didn't have all the features of the Massimo (wench, windshield, doors, etc.). Massimo looks great and my wife and I like it better the more we use it. It does not have as much driver, passenger room as the Polaris, nor does it have as much power as the Polaris but it has enough. My biggest dislike of the Massimo is the engine compartment. The engine is between the driver and passenger seat so it is louder (not a real big problem) and it is much hotter for the driver and passenger. The Polaris has a bench seat and the engine is lower and does not effect driver and passenger with the heat from the engine like the Massimo. I live in Florida so this summer that engine heat will be too much for the comfort of the riders. I will find a way to insulate that heat with heat shields in the plastic engine cover. That is an area Massimo needs to address in future models. But when all said and done I like my purchase primarily because of price and looks and it is a work machine for me. So if price is your main feature, you'll love this machine. Do it yourselfvers will correct the small problems of this design.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Massimo After looking at all UTV options the Massimo was the best buy for us. We have had it for almost 4 months and have only had a couple issues. The emergency brake was not catching but a little white lithium fixed that and it did not want to start one day. I think it was flooded, so I removed the spark plug, cleaned it with a wire brush, wiped it off, put it back in and it started up instantly. While it has been running great it is only used for light duty tasks and it has not really been treated rigorously. I am extremely thrilled that it has been starting with no problems in the winter cold. Last night it was 22 degrees and today it was13 and i had no issues with starting. Time of course will tell but I hope this purchase turns out to be a great deal!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love My Massimo We bought our Massimo MSU 500 September 2012 at Tractor Supply Bad Axe MI. I truly recommend these guys. It has been one of the best things we have ever purchased from TSC at least the most fun. My wife and I use it as much as a truck as a toy. In MI we can drive our UTV on the road. The only bad problem we have had is tires on hard services. We now have car tires on it, no more tire problems. This winter when we get butt loads of snow again, we will switch back to off road tires. Last winter I went through 12" of snow with ease. In 11 months we have over 2000 miles on it. We put so many miles on our Massimo, we have to replace the wheel bearings front and back. Wheel bearings are same with any UTV. I can't say every Massimo is the same, but ours has been great. Every question I have asked Massimo has been answered to my satisfaction, and my local TSC in Bad Axe has treated me very well.
