Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great welder! First off thank you Steve form the Windsor store in CA, you were AWESOME with customer service. This welder did much more than I had anticipated with out a problem. This machine flowed perfect with no splatter and a very clean bead. I purchased this for a full exhaust installation. Job smart welder did a great job with ease. .30 flux wire at minimum heat , wire feed set at 5. I know I can do much more with this machine than what I did.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A real review on this This little welder is as expected given the duty cycle. I have many pounds of welding wire under my belt and I can say its nice to have this guy that runs on household current (120v ). The welder is not for shop fabrication ( aka structural beams) but is intended for those who need to weld things that break around the house \ car. I got the welder about 4 months ago and have put it through the test. What I have to say is it does what it should!.   The only thing I have a complaint about is the wire feed roller. From the box it says it will do a range of wire (flip the roller) from 20 to 35 but stamped in the roller contradicts that. I found out that this welder (for 1\16" metal and up) run best with 035 wire with factory wire feeder drive roller. Also it is a must to use nozzle dip otherwise it will weld for spatter in the tip with flux core wire........trust me.. Overall it is for everyone minus commercial production ( welding day in and day out)..... pros: small 120v input portable price cons: 6 ft torch, however, the welder is only 20% duty cycle ( 2 min weld and 8 cooling) so it not like you can weld a 10 foot bead! again snaking it in to a area can pose as a problem, then again it is cost effective welder. parts replacements (roller, liner...) flux only (its a cheap but good limited welder)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Jobsmart 125 amp Mig/Fluxcore Welder First of all I would say the price is right for this little mig welder. It is light weight, and easy to move around the area your working in. I would suggest that all owners read the manual before you get started. The 120 volt makes it easy to plug into any 120 volt plug in. It has 2 power setting on it, 80 and 125 amp that you can switch up and down with the rocker switch. A dial for allowing you to feed the wire. A led light to let you know if it is getting to hot. I enjoyed using this little welder on a project I finished on the back of my utility box on my Ford Superduty. Using angle and flat to fix some bad areas that rusted through. I realized the iron I was using needed to be turned up to 125 amps and give the feed about 6 to 7 on the feed control. Once I did that, it worked very well. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to weld light metals. TSC has a great little welder at just the right price.
