Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Sprayer I am overall very pleased with the sprayer. I used it to spray about 10 acres of pasture and lawn. I easily assembled the unit from the box and figured out how to mix the spray and water and was complete in no time. Why only 4 stars - I have a few complaints. 1. The cables that attach to the tractor battery were about 5 foot too short. I had to tie cables to them to reach. 2. Three of the plastic fittings broke, one at a time, after each use. The plastic Y-valve split at the seam and I replaced it with a brass one I had. Next the plastic base on the pressure gauge broke. I got a new one with a brass base at TSC. Finally the plastic ball valve at the tank drain split right down the middle. At that point, I took all 3 broken fittings back to the TSC store and they refunded me for the gauge and gave me replacement brass fittings for all 3.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Femco 40 Gal. 3 Point Sprayer When I first got the sprayer there were two left frame members. Should have been a left and a right. Dealer replaced frame members to correct problem. I've used this sprayer several times since then and it has worked very well. The fittings and valves are plastic so take extra care with them. Haven't had one to break yet but other reviewers have. The power cord is way too short but I knew this when I bought it. I had already run extra power wires from tractor battery to back end of tractor for lighting so I just tapped into those wires with a male/female trailer light connection set for a few dollars and it works great as a quick connect/disconnect. Don't mess with the battery clips. I use the on/off rocker switch that came with the rig but I spliced in a few extra feet of wire to make it easier to use from the tractor seat. I like the "on demand" pressure switch. Works well with the spot spray wand. Not a heavy duty rig but works well for me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sprayer I picked up my sprayer today. It went together with ease. All in all it took about 30 minutes. I used it directly after and it performed great. The three point carriage I think could be designed a bit better as it doesn't appear to be overly sturdy. Overall, it seems to be a good value for the money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from FimCo 40Gal 12V-3PT Sprayer While assembling the sprayer, the last parts to install were the two lift arm pins (into the Front Frame Weldment). One of the pins would not go in more than ½ inch. Thinking that perhaps the threads on the pin were fouled, I tried using a brand new pin….still would not go in. Called FimCo…they said that sometimes the nut welded to the Weldment may have contamination in the threads. FimCo then told me the only thing they could suggest was to screw in a 7/8 inch Fine Threaded Tap into the welded nut to possibly resolve the problem. That’s it… use a tap. How many people own a 7/8 inch Fine Threaded Tap? I live in rural central Texas. Our local hardware store does not carry them. Lowes --- 30+ miles from me – does not carry taps that large. My only recourse is to return the sprayer to TSC. FimCo’s quality assurance is weak or non-existent. I’m disappointed in the product and their customer service. Not a good company to buy from.
