Rated 2 out of 5 by from Heats Well, Looks good , But way to LOUD!!! I purchased this in November of 2013 and it heats my house just fine, and I really like the way it looks. One thing, It doesn't take long for the glass to get dirty. But I have found that using good quality pellets is very important and helps... poor quality pellets burn very dirty! I wish the hopper was a little bigger also. I can live with these issues, however, the problem I have with this stove is the Blower!!! It is extremely LOUD!!! I have to turn my TV way up, or, if you want to have a conversation with someone you almost have to yell. Its way to Loud for a living room or any place where you will be spending a lot of time. If it wasn't for that, I would be very happy with this stove. Unfortunately, the noise of the blower overshadows all the good qualities. Fix that problem and I would give it 5 stars.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from T-stat mode versus manuel mode? awesome stove. works great..direction manual stinks... on the t-stat mode arent you suppose to hook up a millivolt thermostat to it? if so there is no screw spots on the electrical board /panel to hook wires up to from a thermostat.. another manual states you can install a remote thermostat? if so how is this done and how do you use the T-STAT setting and not use the manual setting all the time? HELP?? :)

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great stove for the money! I purchased this stove on tax free weekend this past August in Massachusetts. So far my wife and I love this pellet stove. We own a 1750 square foot house in Northeast Connecticut that was built in 1900. It has hardly any insulation and this stove heats our home nicely. I was skeptical of changing over from burning firewood to pellets but I am thrilled of my decision! So much easier than firewood. In my honest opinion it puts out just as much heat, if not more, than the fireplace wood burning insert. Cleaner that handling dirty firewood too. On the downside, I will agree with other posters that it does eat pellets. On the upside, it is easy to clean and maintain and puts out great heat. I clean it every two days when running it 24 hours a day. I burn the Tractor Supply brand pellets and they seem to work fine for me. Yeah I could buy the "expensive brand", the so called "good quality" pellets elsewhere. However I found that cleaning the stove every two days works for me burning the "cheaper" pellets that put out the same heat. Also I read some folks commented on the "fan noise". My stove is set-up in the center of the living room, and it is no different on the noise level than our 12000 BTU window unit air conditioner. Hopper could be bigger but then it wouldn't look aesthetically correct. All in all we are happy with our purchase. Thank you TSC!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Avoid. First stove we brought home went right back, door was factory installed uneven. Exchanged for another one and have had nothing but problems with it. It doesn't heat our 1300sf home and goes through premium pellets like they are nothing. Today we are taking it back to the store we bought it from. Last night the blower no longer adjusts to a push of a button. It is stuck on the first level. Whatever they did to is stove since last year needs to be undone. Horrible investment. :-(
