Here are some quick tips for using "SHIP TO STORE": - When you place your order online, make sure to specify the name of the person who will be picking up your order from the store.
- Your order should arrive to the store of your choice in 5 - 7 days from your order date.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready for pick up.
- You must pick up your order from the store within 45 days of placing your order online.
Orders that have not been claimed after 45 days will be automatically returned less a 10% restocking fee. - You must have a copy of your order receipt and valid identification at the time of pick up.
- The back side of your packing slip serves as a "pre-authorized" return form. Complete this form and send the item(s) to be returned in its original packaging to: Tractor Supply Company Returns, 4638 East Shelby Drive, Memphis, TN 38118, or return your items to any Tractor Supply Company store for assistance with the process.
- If you return your online product to your local Tractor Supply store, it will be shipped back to the Online Returns Center from the store for a refund.
- Note: This method may take an additional 5 business days to process due to travel time from the store to the Online Returns Center.
- All returns purchased using the "Ship To Store" method must be accompanied by the order confirmation email, which acts as your sales receipt. Credit card refunds may take 10-14 days to appear in your account. Gift card and check returns will be issued via company check from our Store Support Center within 2 – 3 weeks.
- At this time, "Ship To Store" orders may NOT be expedited.
