Welcome to the tractorsupply.com website (the "Site"), the Official Website of the Tractor Supply Company and its affiliated companies (collectively "Tractor Supply"). Tractor Supply encourages you to read carefully these Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy and Security Policy before using or registering on the Site. Tractor Supply provides web-based services and information to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Use. By using the Site, you, your agents and authorized representatives agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy and Security Policy.

1. General. This Site may contain certain proprietary notices and intellectual property information, the terms of which must be observed. Information on the Site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including store-based pricing, advertising and marketing materials, product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice.
2. Information You Submit. All information you submit to us shall be true, accurate and complete. No information or material provided to Tractor Supply by you, or an agent working on your behalf, may contain vulgar, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful language or material. By sending content, information or material, you grant Tractor Supply an unrestricted, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, perform, modify, transmit, and/or distribute materials or information, and you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to such information or materials and that Tractor Supply is free to use ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques that you send us without any compensation or acknowledgment.
3. Conduct. As a condition of use of the Site, you represent and warrant that you shall not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by this Agreement. You agree to abide by all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations and you shall be solely responsible and liable for all acts or omissions that occur while you access the Site. By ways of example, and not as a limitation, you agree:

Tractor Supply is providing these links to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Tractor Supply of the subject website or any association with its operators. Tractor Supply does not have control over, and is in no manner responsible or liable for, the availability and content of the websites to which this Site is linked. Tractor Supply makes no representations whatsoever about any other site you may access through this Site. Any concerns regarding any product or service offered by a website to which this Site is linked or the link itself should be directed to the operator of that specific website and not to Tractor Supply.
5. User Requirements. This Site is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older and who are located in the United States. This Site is not directed for use by children under the age of 18. Please see our Privacy and Security Policy for more information.
6. Monitoring of Site. Tractor Supply has no obligation to monitor use of the Site or retain the content of any of the sessions on the Site. However, Tractor Supply reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, governmental request or the business needs of Tractor Supply.
7. Copyright and Intellectual Property Ownership. Tractor Supply is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights in and to all aspects of the Site including, without limitation, any related patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, trademarks, service marks, goodwill, moral rights, and any other intellectual property rights or intangible assets recognized under any laws or international conventions. Tractor Supply may modify, disable, or delete the Site, its functions and/or Site content at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
8. Limited License to Use Materials Provided on the Site. Tractor Supply grants you a limited license to use the materials made available on the Site only for your personal use. The materials on the Site shall not be used for any commercial purposes whatsoever. You acknowledge that any copies or derivative works created from the materials on the Site shall be the sole and exclusive property of Tractor Supply. Tractor Supply, in its sole discretion, may revoke this license at any time without prior notice to you and without liability.
9. Right to Download. You may only download content displayed on the tractorsupply.com Site for non-commercial, personal use provided you also retain all copyright, trademark and other proprietary notices contained in the material, do not modify or alter the material and do not copy or post the material on any network computer or broadcast the material in any media.

11. Termination of Use. Tractor Supply may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or your use of the tractorsupply.com Site at anytime without liability. You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination.
12. Disclaimer. You assume all responsibility and risk for the use of this Site and the Internet generally. This Site is provided by Tractor Supply on an "AS IS" basis. Tractor Supply and its subsidiaries make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this Site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this Site to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law, Tractor Supply and its subsidiaries disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement of intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights, and freedom from errors, viruses, bugs, or other harmful components. Tractor Supply and its subsidiaries will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, consequential damages or damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, or business interruption arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Site, and delays on the Site, or the inability to use the Site, any portion thereof, or any hyperlinked website, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, even if Tractor Supply or any of its subsidiaries has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
13. Indemnification. You shall indemnify, defend and hold Tractor Supply and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, shareholders, members or agents harmless from all damages, liabilities and expenses (and all legal costs including attorneys' fees, court costs, expenses and settlements resulting from any action or claim) arising out of, connected with or resulting from any violation of this Agreement by you or your use of the Site or information provided by the Site.

1. Information and Warranties. Unless indicated otherwise, most products and services featured on the Site are available directly from or through Tractor Supply. Tractor Supply has made a conscientious effort to display and describe its products and services on the Site accurately so that you can get a good idea of their design and use, and of the services offered. Furthermore, Tractor Supply is constantly improving its products, product information and services. Tractor Supply cannot and does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, including product pricing shown on the Web or Store price marketing materials, product images, specifications, availability and services.
2. Manufacturer's Warranty. Products and services are the responsibility of the manufacturer or provider of those services and are covered by the warranties offered by such manufacturers or service providers. Please reference the warranty information included with the products or services for information on how to make contact to process all warranty claims. For information on manufacturer's warranties, please contact your local store or contact the Customer Service Center as provided in Section F.
3. OSHA Hazardous Substance. Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for OSHA-defined hazardous substances are prepared and supplied by manufacturers and available by contacting Infotrac at 1-800-535-5053. While Tractor Supply believes the information and recommendations contained on the MSDS to be accurate, Tractor Supply makes no warranties with respect to the accuracy of the information or the suitability of the recommendations. Customer is solely responsible for any reliance on or use of any information, and for use or application of any product. Tractor Supply disclaims any and all liability to any user.
4. Power Plus Purchase Protection Plus Plan. Tractor Supply offers, through an affiliate organization, an extended product protection plan. Customers may choose to purchase 1, 2, 3 and 4-year service and replacement plans on select products which we sell. For more information inquire within your local store, call a Power Plus Customer Service Representative at 1-866-765-2687 (24/7 – 365 days a year) or contact The Tractor Supply Customer Care Center. Claims for products purchased with the Power Plus Protection Plus plan may be filed online at www.repairnow.com/tsc or by calling 1-866-765-2687.
5. Product Ratings & Reviews. The Tractor Supply Company Ratings and Reviews feature allows customers to rate products (using a 1-5 star system) and/or write a product review based on their personal experience with that product. Reviews and Ratings are screened and filtered for profanity, violence, illegal activities or inappropriate material. Approved product ratings and reviews are posted on the product detail page of the product it is referencing. Product ratings and reviews should be made only by customers who have actually purchased and experienced the product. Tractor Supply employees, contractors, vendors, board members, investors and any other individual with a vested interest in Tractor Supply Company are strongly discouraged from submissions. Approved ratings and reviews will remain visible on the website product page as long as the product is presented online. You may place an order for the purchase of merchandise on this Site. All purchases are subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use, including the following:
1. Order Limitations. Receiving a web order acknowledgement via e-mail or an online ordering confirmation does not guarantee the acceptance of an order by Tractor Supply. Tractor Supply may, at its own discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Tractor Supply also reserves the right to reject any order you place with us. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Tractor Supply Company Web Site account, the same credit card, and orders that use thesame billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. Tractor Supply reserves the right to limit or prohibit sales to dealers. Tractor Supply reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on the Site at any time without notice.
2. Ship-To-Store Order. A Ship-To-Store order is shipped from our E-Commerce Fulfillment Center to any Tractor Supply Store for pick-up by the customer. Orders ship from our E-Commerce Fulfillment Center within 2 business days of the order confirmation. The order usually arrives at the Tractor Supply Company store within 5 - 7 business days. The person designated on your order as the pick up person must be the person picking up the order. Orders not claimed within 45 days will be cancelled and a credit will be issued to the original tender type (see section D for refund policies and procedures).
3. Photo ID. We require a government issued photo ID to pick up any Ship-To-Store order.
4. Restocking Fee. Tractor Supply reserves the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for any Ship-To-Store order unclaimed after 45 days of the order date.
5. Oversize Fee. Some products sold on TractorSupply.com may have weight or dimensional restrictions which are considered "oversized" by our order delivery carriers. Special handling may be required to assure the product is delivered to you safely. An oversized fee may be applied to such products and passed along to the purchaser of these specific products. The amount of the fee will vary by product. In the event of a “FREE Shipping” promotion, the oversize fee is excluded from the promotion and will be charged as specified.
6. Product Substitution. Products (and country of origin) may be substituted and may not always exactly match catalog descriptions and/or images.
7. Availability. Certain products may not be available for sale in all areas. Please see Product Suitability.
8. Product Display/Colors. Tractor Supply attempts to display product images shown on the Site as accurately as possible. However, Tractor Supply cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.
9. Terms of Sale. Tractor Supply's acceptance of any order is subject to customer's assent to all of the terms and conditions set forth in Tractor Supply's acknowledgment, and customer's assent to these terms and conditions shall be presumed from customer's receipt of Tractor Supply's acknowledgment, or from customer's acceptance of all or any part of the goods or services ordered. No addition or modification of Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon Tractor Supply unless agreed to by Tractor Supply in writing. If a purchase order or other correspondence contains terms or conditions contrary to the terms and conditions contained in Tractor Supply's acknowledgment, Tractor Supply's acceptance of any order shall not be construed as assent to any additional terms and conditions, nor will that constitute a waiver by Tractor Supply of any of the terms and conditions contained in Tractor Supply's acknowledgment.
10. Product Suitability. Many states and localities have codes and regulations governing sales, construction, installation, and/or use of products for certain purposes, which may vary from those in neighboring areas. While Tractor Supply attempts to assure that its products comply with such codes, it cannot guarantee compliance (whether purchases are made at the Store or on this Site), and cannot be responsible for how the product is installed or used. Before purchase and use of a product, please review the product application, and national and local codes and regulations, to be sure that the product, installation and use will comply with them.
11. Materials of Trade. Customer represents that if it is purchasing goods as its "materials of trade" as defined in the Hazardous Materials Regulations in Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations, that the goods will be used in direct support of its business, which is not transportation, and that such goods shall not be resold or transported in a vehicle other than one owned by itself.
12. Pricing. Product prices offered on this Site may vary from other advertised prices due to varying conditions in different geographic markets and areas. Prices may and will vary between the Site and Tractor Supply stores and the prices are not guaranteed to be matched at the time of purchase. The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only within the United States. Prices shown on the Site do not include any shipping and handling or sales taxes, and if applicable to the order, will be added to your total invoice price. You are responsible for the payment of any shipping and handling charges and state and local sales or use taxes that may apply to your order.
13. Best Price Guarantee. We will match any competitor’s price on any identical item* Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to Clearance items or online offers & pricing. See store manager for details.
14. Sales Tax Policy. Because Tractor Supply does business throughout the United States and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, the tractorsupply.com Site also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate. If you have tax-exempt status, please visit any of our Tractor Supply stores or contact us in any manner specified in Section F. At this time tax-exempt sales (for individuals or products) are not available on this Site or by any of Tractor Supply customer service functions. The only means of tax-exempt sales is for you to visit your local Tractor Supply store and complete the tax-exempt forms available at checkout.
15. Paying for Your Order. You may pay for your orders with a Tractor Supply Company Card or with the following major credit cards issued in the United States of America. Currently, we accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express® and Discover® Card. At this time the Site does not accept the Tractor Supply Company business credit card. Credit and debit cards are not charged until the order is processed. However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information. Also please note that the total purchase price of your order will be reserved on your credit card at the time your order is placed and could remain reserved for a total of up to 5 days, even if your order is cancelled.
16. Using Gift Cards. Gift Cards, unlike credit or debit cards, are debited at the time an order is placed. Gift Cards will automatically be redeemed to purchase totals, up to the total purchase amount (including tax and shipping). In the event the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you will be required to use another Gift Card or a credit card to pay the difference. Any amount charged to a credit card will be treated as set forth above. In the event of a return (complete or partial) of an order using a Gift Card the returned amounts will be provide to you via a company check sent from Tractor Supply Company. Processing times for return checks typically take 3-4 weeks. Tractor Supply may, for gift card services, use a third party service provider whose terms and conditions and privacy policy may also apply.
17. Shipping. Online orders may be shipped to your home or to a Tractor Supply Store for customer pick-up. Orders ship on normal business days, which are Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays. Weekend shipment of orders is not currently available. For our Express service (e. g. 2-Day or next business day arrival), your order must be completed before Noon Eastern Time Monday through Friday in order for it to ship the same day (subject to available inventory). Express service is not available for Ship-to-Store orders at this time. Items not allowed by law to be shipped by air freight will automatically be converted to standard shipping for delivery. Orders requesting standard shipping methods and Ship-To-Store orders will typically ship within 2 business days. Orders usually arrive to the “ship to” destination within 5-7 business days. Actual shipping time for standard service is based on final destination. The Standard Shipping option includes the use of the UPS Basic shipping method. Standard shipping of most packages whose total weight is equal to or less than 5 lbs. and less than 84 inches in length, width and height combined will be shipped via UPS Basic shipping method. With UPS Basic standard shipping, your order is delivered by UPS to the closest United States Postal Service (USPS) Center of the ship to address and delivered to the final shipping address destination via the United States Postal Service (USPS). In cases where UPS Basic is used to ship your order, the UPS tracking number will continue to provide tracking details from the United States Postal Service (USPS) Center drop-off location to the final “ship to” destination. UPS Basic packages will be delivered to the door in most cases, but can also be delivered in a mailbox. The Ship-To-Store delivery method ships orders to a Tractor Supply Company store chosen by the customer for pick-up at the store. Ship-To-Store orders are usually available to pickup within 5 to 7 days of receiving the order confirmation. Orders not picked up or claimed within 45 days of the order date will be automatically returned. A credit for the order total, less a 10% restocking fee in some cases, will be issued to the credit card originally used to place the order, or a company issued check for gift card or EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer / Check) order is given. A government issued photo ID is required to pick-up the order. The person picking up the order must match the name of the person designated to pick up the order when the order was placed. Tractor Supply offers shipping to all United States addresses including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship orders outside the United States. We do not ship orders to APO/FPO addresses. TSC does not offer gift packaging. Order information such as a billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses. Tractor Supply is not liable for late or lost deliveries. Subject to our Return Policy, please contact the carrier to resolve any credit or adjustments related to delivery failures or delays. Except in cases where the return is the result of an order processing error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please report items that are damaged or missing within 10 days of delivery.

19. Tractor Supply reserves the right to ship orders or products in an order via “over the road” common freight carrier when the combined weight or size exceeds that which can be shipped via UPS efficiently. In these cases, we will contact you via telephone to arrange for the delivery of your order. Freight carrier deliveries require a person to accept and sign for the delivery. Items delivered via common freight carrier will be delivered to the residence or business threshold only.
19. Shipping to a P.O. Box. We are able to ship orders that are less than 70 lbs to a USPS post office box. Orders intended to be shipped to a P.O box must be placed through our Customer Care Center by calling 1-877-178-6750 from 8 am – 7 pm (CST) Monday – Saturday. Orders shipped to a P.O Box orders can only be shipped Standard Shipping.
20. Signature Required Deliveries: For the safety and protection of your order, orders with a total of $200 or more will be delivered via UPS as “signature required”. This means that the order will require signature from a representative at the ship to destination acknowledging receipt of the order before it will be delivered.
21. Risk of Loss. All items and products purchased from this Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract provided by a small package delivery carrier or common carrier for LTL shipments NOTE: The risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier whether Tractor Supply pays for the freight charges or if they are paid for by the customer. All claims for lost or damaged shipments should be directed to the appropriate shipment carrier, subject to the return policy in Section D below.
22. Order Status. It's easy to check your order status on-line. You will be able to track your order shipment once it has shipped by clicking here. Every order that includes your actual e-mail address will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with an order tracking number included. If there is a problem with your order, please send as an e-mail or call us (during scheduled customer service hours) using the contact information in Section F, so we can promptly resolve the issue for you.
23. No Assignment. Customer shall not assign any order or any interest therein without the prior written consent of Tractor Supply. Any actual or attempted assignment without Tractor Supply's prior written consent shall entitle Tractor Supply to cancel such order upon notice to customer.
D. Return and Refund Policy for Internet Purchases (back to top)
1. Satisfaction Guaranteed. If you're not completely satisfied with any item you purchase from Tractor Supply Company (except due to a shipping error, defect or damage), return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of its purchase price. The back side of your packing slip serves as a "pre-authorized" return form. You will need to complete the form and send the item(s) to be returned in its original packaging to the address identified in Section F. or return your items to any Tractor Supply Company store. For your protection, we encourage you to ship your return via UPS or FedEx if returning by carrier to our return center. Retain all copies of your shipping receipt including tracking numbers for proof of return delivery. For your convenience, we recommend you bring your order confirmation and documents included in the shipping package when returning an item to a Tractor Supply Company store. Refunds are processed when the item being returned has been received at our E-commerce return center. Refunds are made by crediting the original method of payment or in the form of a check from our Store Support Center. Except in cases where the return is the result of an order processing error or the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. If you have questions, call any Tractor Supply Company Store or Customer Service at 1-877-718-6750 to discuss the return options. We recommend having the order confirmation or packing slip ready when you call. Ship-To-Store orders not picked-up or claimed within 45 days will be automatically returned to the original credit card used to place the order and are subject to a 10% restocking fee at the discretion of Tractor Supply Company.
2. Shipping Error/Product Defect/Product Damage. If you have a return/exchange due to shipping error, defect, or damage, contact us within 10 days from receipt. Contact our Customer Service Center at the telephone number or e-mail address identified in Section F and one of our customer service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the item(s) and instructions on the proper handling of the merchandise. Please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Please have the invoice ready when you call. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. A replacement item will be shipped to you once the item being returned has been received. By contacting Tractor Supply regarding a lost delivery and/or returning an item under this Section, you are (a) assigning to Tractor Supply Company any and all claims you have against the carrier for lost or damaged merchandise and (b) waiving your right to assert a claim against the carrier for such lost or damaged merchandise.
Refunds in the form of a mail check from our Store Support Center will be made if your original purchase was made using:
Credit will be issued to the same credit card account on the original purchase for refunds on purchases made using credit cards.

Our ultimate goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Tractor Supply. If you purchase an item from a Tractor Supply Company Store and you are not completely satisfied, you may return it within thirty (30) days to any Tractor Supply Store for a refund or exchange within our current return policy guidelines. If you choose to return or exchange your product at one of our retail stores, please bring your receipt or invoice with you to ensure a quick and hassle-free return. To find your nearest Tractor Supply store, click here. Your refund will be processed when the item being returned has been received. Refunds will be made by crediting the original method of payment (i.e. credit card, in-store account, etc.), or in the form of a check from our Store Support Center. 1. Force Majeure. Tractor Supply shall not be liable for delay or failure in any of its performance hereunder or a failure of the Site due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, an act of God, war, terrorism, natural disaster, governmental regulations, communication or utility failures or the failures or acts of third parties.
2. Jurisdiction and Governing Law. This Agreement shall be construed, governed and enforced under the laws of the United States and the State of Tennessee (without regard to rules governing conflict of laws). You agree that venue for all actions, relating in any manner to this Agreement, shall be in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in Davidson County, Tennessee. Each party hereby consents and submits to the in personam jurisdiction of such courts, and to the extent permitted by law, hereby consents that all services of process may be made by any nationally recognized overnight courier, or by certified or registered mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested. Each party waives any objection based on forum non conveniens and waives any objection to venue of any action instituted hereunder to the extent that an action is brought in the courts identified above. Each party agrees that a final judgment in any such action shall be conclusive and may be enforced in any other jurisdiction in any manner provided by law.

5. Waiver. No waiver of any breach of a provision of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any prior, concurrent or subsequent breach of the same or any other provision hereof and no waiver shall be effective unless made in writing.
6. Modifications. Tractor Supply may modify this Agreement at any time, at its discretion, and modifications are effective upon being posted on the Site. You are responsible for reviewing this Agreement to ensure that you are aware of any changes made to the Agreement.
