DISCOUNTED STOCK PURCHASE PROGRAM
To help secure your financial future, we offer an employee stock purchase plan that lets you invest in your company each quarter, and benefit directly from the value you bring to it! Your payroll contributions to the plan add up, especially as our employee per-share price is 15% less than the lowest per-share price for the quarter. Not only do you get a discount, but that discount also applies to the lowest stock price for the quarter! Available to full- and part-time Team Members who meet eligibility requirements.
401(k) Plan. We encourage you to plan for your future and contribute to our 401(k) with a 100% match of up to 3% of your salary that you contribute each pay period. The company will match the next 3% you contribute per pay period at 50%. This means that employees who contribute 6% or more of their salary receive a generous company match of 4.5% of their pay to their plan account. Available to full-time and part-time Team Members who meet eligibility requirements.
