EDUCATION ASSISTANCE
Education is important to your growth. That's why Tractor Supply offers education reimbursement to full- and part-time Team Members who take job-related courses at an accredited school, up to $1,000 per semester or $2,000 per school year. The amount of reimbursement paid depends on your grades:
- A=100% reimbursement
- B=75% reimbursement
- C=60% reimbursement
- D=40% reimbursement
- Pass/Fail courses are reimbursed at 75% when passed
You must work 20 hours per week and be with the company for six months to receive educational assistance.

Here, training is not just something you "go through" as a new Team Member. Our Tractor University programs offer you continual opportunities to learn more about our products and our company so you can grow right along with us. DEPENDENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Family is number one in our book. That's why we're proud to help yours grow stronger through the Tractor Supply Company Scholarship Fund. Each year, our scholarships help ensure dozens of our college-bound students get a head start, with awards ranging from $500 to $2,500 per year. All full- and part-time Team Members who meet eligibility requirements may apply.
