ROP worked OK, had to midufy for a 3 1/2" ROP, not a problem. Turned the bottom part upside down and use longer bolts. Design is good. Umbrella goes together with little effort. angle of top pole can not be brought down to be level with the rope. lowest angle is about 15 degrees. A little problem in trees without umbrella.

Great Customer Service from the Factory

Umbrella arrvied in a beat up box, but all parts were there. Had an issue with two bolts not being all threads, so had to install a spacer to make it work for use that day. Also had a small hole in the umbrella fabric that must have been there prior to shipping since the plastic shipping bag was not damaged. Called the factory and they took care of everything in a very timely manner. They were very professional and shipped out the replacement bolts immediately and also new fabric. I was impressed with the manufacuter's customer service.

It has held up very well in our comercial work. It is easy to remove when changing locations. Great sunshade in 100 degree heat and 10 hour days.

Umbrella was easy to set up. It has allowed me to stay on tractor longer and work later in the day.
Hitch pin that came with unbrella was too big to fit into predrilled holes in umbrella frame.
