Installation of the gate went OK. The instructions were easy to follow. Wish the packing box provided a list of all the not included items. Found out that u-bolts were needed for the gate stop and added support bracing was needed for the pole gate. Also needed to get wire for the AC transformer. Had to stop the installation and run to the store to get the not included items... Wish they made a gate opener that didn't require a 12v battery, but other than that the opener appears to be working well. See how it works over time.

Long overdue

For the past year it has been getting more and more of a inconvence to get out and open the gate at the entrance to our ranch and then getting out to close it . My wife and I have both developed knee problems which have made it even harder for us. But the problem is now a joy to pull up and watch the gate open by itself and then close without getting out of our vehicles . I just don't know why I waited so long to install one .

I have used the GTO since 2000, been happy with it most of the time, till lighting took it out, now its been kinda hard working with tech support in getting it up and going again, its sure nice when it raining hard or freezing out to set in my truck and open my gate or drive my team of horses through, without getting off to open,, GTO has been very good on replacement of parts

The gate opener is easy to install, works well, and is reliable. Technical advice is available and super for any special requirement. And, it is available at a bargain price.
