The Mighty Mule FM200 Automatic Gate Opener is ideal for single swing gates up to 12 ft. long or up to 300 lbs.
- Easy to install, low-voltage system, no electrician needed

This is great when you have horses, you can drive up to the gate enter and close before the horses know you are there.

Great gate opener. Had someone else install so I can't say anything about the ease of installation, although we did buy the sensor for exiting which my husband installed. That was a little work, but not too bad. The gate works well. Haven't had any problems. Recommend the marine battery, though. Also, think the arm pin locks should be included with the gate. Had to purchase them separately to ensure the opener was not stolen.

This is the greatest thing since sliced bread. I installed it nearly five years ago and it is still operating with no problems. The opener came with 4 remote controls which makes operation of the gate much easier. Who wants to get out of a vehicle in New England Winters just to close and open a gate? I'm spoiled now, and won't be without one.

this gate opener took a bout 3 hours to install. came with good instruction both to install and set up to operate. it really is a good product just be sure your gate is not too heavy
