- Commercial grade soft start/soft stop, extends life of the gate opener
- Works on all types of gates, chain link, tube, ornamental, aluminum, panel, wood and vinyl
- Provides up to 115 cycles per day with "transformer"
- Easy to install low-voltage system, no electrician required
- Designed for gates that open into or away from the property (gates opening away from property require a push-to-open bracket, FM148, sold separately)
- Built-in adjustable auto-close option with alarm
- Solar compatible (10 watts minimum for dual opener, solar panels sold separately)
- 18 Volt transformer included
- Large control box with room for extra battery and accessories
- UL approved
- Obstruction sensing enhances gate operation safety
- One battery (12 volt, 7 amp) and one remote transmitter included
- 12 Volt battery backup (included) opens and closes the gate even during power outage
